He is a corporate and a commercial lawyer, specializing in leading global PE/VC investments, M&A transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.

Experience: Rishabh has worked with Top tier Legal firm Nishith Desai Associates, managing matters ranging from general corporate structures, transaction advisory and tax structuring matters.
