About: Having almost 2-decade experience, Rajiv has seen the businesses across life cycle. He has co-founded and led multiple businesses from incubation stage to growth stage. He has done multiple acquisitions for the group, leading to increase in the market share and penetration of Group’s brands. Rajiv believes that to generate outsized returns, one has to follow an ecosystem approach, such that all stakeholders whether vendors or customers can mutually benefit and exponentially grow.

Rajiv incubated Udtara with a thesis to act as a financial investor and extending his knowledge and expertise to the founders who are committed to their vision to change the world.

Experience: Rajiv has FMCG brand building and distribution experience and is primarily responsible for creating an ecosystem led approach for the Group.
